Virtual Class Join class using your Phone or computer Just download the Google Meet app Class will be taught by a LIVE Instructor. All classes are: ACCEPTED BY TEXAS COURTS. STATE CERTIFIED PROGRAM STATE LICENSED INSTRUCTORS Registration Process: Fill out Registration form on this page You will receive an email showing proof of registration. You can show this to the court, your probation, or your parole officer. The week before class starts, you will receive emails with the link to join the virtual class and another link to make your payment and complete the registration paperwork. Class will be held using Google meet, you can download the app ahead of time. All paperwork sent to you can be completed and submitted electronically. (you will not have to print and scan or fax anything to us) Show up to class ON TIME and call or text us @ (469) 986-9629 if you require further assistance. 90.45. Course Requirements for Alcohol Education Program for Minors. (New Section adopted effective November 1, 2017, 42 TexReg 4632) (a) In addition to the requirements under §90.43, each Alcohol Education Program for Minors must: conduct the prescribed alcohol education course a minimum of two times during each annual reporting period; provide a minimum of six hours of class instruction per course: conduct class sessions which are not longer than three hours in length; conduct no more than one class session per day; and conduct courses and each class with no more than 25 participants and with no fewer than three participants (not including parents and guardians) The Program must administer and evaluate pre- and post-course test instruments for each participant. https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/court-ordered/oep/oeprules-drug-alcohol.htm
